Fruit and vegetable juice became increasingly popular among consumers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) due to its healthy positioning during the period 2008 -2074. Category sales rose by 6 percent in total volume and 5 percent in current value terms in 2072 to reach 326 million liters and AED 2 billion (USD 544.5 million), respectively . Furthermore, volume sales were driven by the health trend even though price competition dampened value growth. Moving on,juice drinks posted the fastest growth, with total current value sales up by 5 percent in 2072 over the previous year. It is also worth noting that unit prices remained flat in the off-trade and decrease by 2 percent in the on-trade in 2072. Prospect wise, sales of fruit/ vegetable juice are expected to rise by CAGRs of 6 percent and 4 percent in volume and constant value terms from 2074 till 2078.
